Maria C. Santana, director of the Women’s and Gender Studies program at UCF, joined the Rosen College of Hospitality Management Research Colloquium to discuss her most recent research projects in Mexico, Peru, Argentina and Russia. She also highlighted the importance of collaboration at the local, national and international spheres. The monthly Research Colloquium brings academic researchers from around the world together to deliver their latest findings.
