UCF is monitoring Hurricane Dorian. As of noon on Thursday, August 29, UCF is closing campus from 5pm Friday 8/30 through at least Tuesday 9/3.

As a result, the following CAH events and activities (in order of occurrence) are affected:

  • 8/30: The Art Gallery opening reception for the SVAD Faculty Exhibition has been rescheduled to Friday, September 13.
  • 8/30-9/1: Theatre UCF performances of #GodHatesYou on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (8/30-9/1) are cancelled. If you have tickets to a performance of #GodHatesYou on these days, please contact the box office at 407-823-1500 or email boxoffice@ucf.edu to arrange a ticket exchange. The Thursday (8/29) performance will occur.
  • 8/31: All-State Prep Clinic has been canceled. We are unable to reschedule for 2019 but we hope you will make plans to join us again in 2020.
  • 8/31: Faculty Recital: Ayako Yonetani, violin has been cancelled with the possibility of rescheduling later in the semester.
  • 9/5: Eclectic Knights at the Orlando Museum of Art is still scheduled to occur. Please check back for updates about that event.
