T&T student Jessica Campbell presented her paper “Contextual User-centered Design – A Provisional Framework for Design Without the User” at the 2019 Symposium on Communicating Complex Information (SCCI) in Shreveport, LA from February 25-26. Her presentation elicited the following comment from the symposium chair:
