UCF Faculty Author Series to Feature T&T Faculty

The John C. Hitt Library, Office of Research, and Faculty Excellence are pleased to announce two upcoming events to be hosted by the Burnett Honors College. The panel sessions described below will highlight the diverse research interests and publishing activities of scholars in the College of Arts & Humanities. UCF Faculty Author Series: Academic Publishing

April 12, 2018 – 4 pm – 5 pm
Location: The Burnett Honors College Reading Room

Please join us as UCF faculty members Anastasia Salter (School of Visual Arts and Design), Blake Scott (Writing & Rhetoric), and Keri Watson (School of Visual Arts and Design) discuss their approaches to successful writing and publishing in an academic environment. The panelists will share their most recent publications and writing experiences, which will be followed by a Q&A session. Light refreshments will be provided.

UCF Faculty Author Series: Book Editing

April 19, 2018 – 4 pm to 5 pm
Location: The Burnett Honors College Reading Room

Please join us as UCF faculty members Anna Jones (English), Michael Strawser (Philosophy), and Pavel Zemliansky (Writing & Rhetoric) discuss their experiences editing book collections. The panelists in this session will share their recent publications as well as the lessons they learned from their experiences with the editing process. The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session. Light refreshments will be provided.
