pegasus cover "let's go"

The most recent issue of UCF’s magazine Pegasus is “adventure” themed, and includes several features about College of Arts and Humanities faculty members.

Looking for a meaningful life? In an article about curiosity, Michael Strawser, chair of the department of Philosophy and coach of the UCF Ethics Bowl team, says there is great value in taking risks, “both in asking new questions and asking anew the all-important questions about ourselves and our world, and then trying to develop new ways of thinking to respond to these questions.”

And History assistant professor Eric Rutkow talks about the fabled Pan-American Highway and why it has been such an important piece of world history…and an ongoing adventure. Can you guess how much it would cost in gas to drive the road? (The answer is in the article.)
