An article by Carla Poindexter was included in the Spring 2013 issue of Radiations Magazine.
Her article, Humanities, Sciences Must be United for our Collective Success showcased examples of the arts and sciences coming together with the STEAM Exhibition: Searching for Ultimate Truth in Science and Art and a national physics conference, PhysCon, which brought together more than 800 people in Orlando, FL, and inspired a new generation of scientists.
Radiations Magazine is published by Sigma Pi Sigma, a Physics Honor Society that exists to honor outstanding scholarship in physics; to encourage interest in physics among students at all levels; to promote an attitude of service of its members towards their fellow students, colleagues, and the public; to provide a fellowship of persons who have excelled in physics.
