The HAPCO Foundation and the City of Ocoee hosted a free concert as part of the 2023 HAPCO Jazz Fest, reports Orange Observer. The night was filled with jazz music and delicious food. Part of the festival’s music lineup was the Flying Horse Big Band with jazz vocalist LeNard Rutledge, which performed under the direction of Jeff Rupert.
HAPCO’s programs have provided student musicians with free education programs and live performance opportunities. Along with the Flying Horse Big Band, the Ocoee High School Jazz Band and the Orlando Youth Orchestra took the stage.
